Treat yourself or impress your guests with this delicious tower of gluten free profiteroles!
Available in set sizes only to feed a few or a small crowd. Towers cannot be made any higher/larger due to stability and transport issues. Profiteroles are stuck to their board and each other using more dark chocolate to avoid shifting.
Profiteroles must stay cold and served chilled in order to comply with Health Food Standards. Please bring an esky with cold bricks to transport your creation!
